Quick fixes
- Update Convoi to the latest app version.
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Check location permissions if tracking or convoy updates are delayed.
- Check microphone permissions if voice chat is not working.
- Restart the app after changing device-level privacy permissions.
Report abuse or safety issues
Use in-app reporting tools when possible. For urgent issues, contact support@convoi.vip with relevant details.

Use the in-app flow at Profile -> Delete Account, or visit convoi.vip/delete-account.
