Delete Account — Convoi

This page explains how to request deletion of your Convoi account and associated data.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Convoi and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Optionally provide a reason.
  5. Type DELETE to confirm and submit the request.

Important: This action is irreversible. You will be signed out immediately after submitting the request.

What data is deleted

We delete your account and personal profile data associated with the account. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
