Delete Data — Convoi

This page explains how to remove your data from Convoi while keeping your account and sign-in access.

Delete your data in the app

  1. Open Convoi and sign in to the account you want to keep.
  2. Go to Profile > Delete Data Actions.
  3. Select the data removal option you want.
  4. Type the required confirmation phrase and submit.

Important: Data deletion actions are irreversible. Your account login remains active unless you separately choose to delete the account.

What data can be deleted

Depending on the action you choose, Convoi can remove your post activity and history, including your own posts, comments, likes, notifications, and uploaded post media.
